We are looking to automate the process of providing our customers with their proposal, allowing them to sign off on the proposal, pay for it, then automate the first bit of onboarding work with them.  To accomplish this we have designed a "workflow wizard".  Here is the specification

To evaluate a few different developers we have created a simple milestone, which is listed in the specification.

1)  A timeline and hard quote for Milestone 1
2)  Your hourly rate
3)  A ROUGH estimate of how long you think it would take to accomplish the project
