We are a dynamic customer experience SaaS platform looking for an experienced engineer to enhance our omnichannel communication capabilities. Our current platform supports SMS (via Twilio), Facebook and Instagram messaging, and email. We are excited to be launching a VoIP solution (dialer) and are seeking a skilled developer to spearhead this initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement a robust VoIP solution integrated with Twilio voice.
Work within our existing stack of Node.js and React to ensure seamless integration.
Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of the VoIP module.
Collaborate with our team for continuous improvement and feature integration.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in building VoIP solutions, preferably with Twilio Voice.
Experience with Deepgram integrations, transcriptions
Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.
Experience with API integrations and managing omnichannel communications.
A portfolio demonstrating relevant projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$50.00
