The Custom GPT Project involves:
1. Giving access to our internal knowledge base and frameworks to a GPT
2. GPT responding to user needs via use of knowledge base and frameworks
3. GPT sending specific nudge prompts as appropriate (links, calls to action)

You should have a good understanding of:
1. Setting up Custom GPTs
2. What’s possible with public published GPTs currently
3. Best Practice for Actions in Custom GPTs
4. Considerations when connecting a custom GPT with external systems via actions/ API
