I am looking to create a searchable database where a client completes a questionnaire of 20-30 questions and the responses go into a database that I have access to. I can then search through specific criteria quickly to find the best match of all different responses.

This is a project that is time-sensitive and meant to be completed as fast as possible.

There are additional projects that must be completed and I am looking to build a long-term relationship with a qualified expert developer.
