I have a website that was started but never completed. It is hosted on a2hosting. It has cPanel that is about all I know about it.
The site is https://thetasguy.com. The business we are in is hosting answering server servers, telephony. Agent stations, Office networks (remote only). In addition to the hosting we provide VPNs, routers, VPN as a service. We own all of out equipment with adequate spares and equipment to repair anything in the unlikely event of any failure. We have service people to handle emergencies 24/7/365 and staffed to provide normal support, upgrades and installs during business hours. The reason for this long exhaustive explanation if to try and give you ideas of what I need. I would like a Us vs "The other guys" comparison of capabilities and services. Would also like a place for tutorials (like the power point presentation I have posted in another job and any hints or things that would be helpful to the Answering Service community. A place for customer testimonials and a place to display the technology we use (within copyrights of course). I need someone that has a general knowledge about how hosting and answering services work so they can design the site with minimal input from me. I can answer specific questions and explain what and how we do things but I can not tell you how to put it on a website or make it look good.
Things that I would like to add later is a help desk, a client portal, moderated question and answer section. This could be an ongoing project just can not happen all at once. Thanks for looking at this very long post.
