You need to make sure you meet the following skill set requirements to qualify for this job post. Make sure you are:

1. A Perfect WordPress Designer with at least 2 to 5 years of experience
2. Have experience in WordPress Theme Development.
3. Perfect in HTML5/CSS3
4. Good in JS/Jquery
6. Extremely well experienced in Elementor and other visual WordPress builders
7. Experience designing in Shopify’s visual builder
8. Able to take direction, study a client’s desires, and come up with an amazing design that looks perfect on desktop and mobile
9. Have a Basic understanding on how the WordPress CMS works
10. Good in Technical SEO
11. Good eye for mobile responsiveness (we have a Browserstack account and we want you to use it to test all your work!).
12. Detail oriented and organized – you know to take backups before making changes!

Selection Process:-

The Selection Process For this Job has 3 Phases:-

Phase 1:- Applicants who have been selected for initial interviews will be provided an assessment to complete PRIOR to your interview. This is a Knowledge Test. After the Selection on upwork, We’ll send you a Google Questioner Form. You’ll be asked a few questions regarding WordPress, HTML/CSS, Elementor and Technical SEO from basic to advanced level. This will ensure that you’ve enough knowledge and experience to qualify for the next phase.

a) Answer all the questions
b) Provide a satisfactory cover letter explaining your thoughts about our Company’s vision, Your Skill Set, Experience, Mindset, and a solid reason why you’re the right person for this job.

Phase 2:- This is a Face to Face Interview. Our hiring manager will conduct a Google Meet Call with you. During this call, you’ll be asked questions related to your skills and vision.

Phase 3:- Applicants selected into the next round of interviews will be asked to complete a working interview on Upwork.

Hourly Range: $7.00-$10.00
