Mergen is seeking a talented and innovative Creative and Website Designer to join our remote team. As a Creative and Website Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites for our clients, as well as designing engaging digital assets for various marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
– Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications using industry-standard design tools and software.
– Generate digital assets, including graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content, for marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
– Collaborate with content developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure design elements are optimized for search engines and user experience.
– Stay updated on emerging design trends and best practices in web and graphic design.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Creative and Website Designer or similar role.
– Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
– Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and previous work.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Note: The first couple of projects will be run through Upwork. However, we are intending to establish a long-term relationship and potentially transition successful candidates to contractors for the agency, with the potential for full-time employment in the future.
