MOZMAC is initiating a project aimed at improving its online presence and fostering more effective community engagement. To achieve this, we are seeking the services of an experienced and creative website designer who can craft a visually appealing and highly functional website.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Consultation Period:
• Conduct in-depth meetings with MOZMAC to gain a comprehensive
understanding of our mission, values, and goals.
• Collaborate closely with our team to gather insights on design preferences, target audience, and specific features that will enhance user experience.

Creation Period:
• Develop a custom-designed website that reflects the essence of MOZMAC.
• Implement creative design techniques to create an engaging and visually stunning user interface for entirety of website. (Landing Page, Tabs, & More)
• Ensure the website is responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and browsers.
• Incorporate branding elements seamlessly into the design for a unified and impactful online presence.

Ongoing Support:
• Provide dedicated support for four (4) weeks or as needed following the website launch.
• Address any technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Offer training sessions or documentation to empower MOZMAC staff to manage and update the website content.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
Interested website designers are invited to submit their proposals by February 23rd, 2024. Proposals should include the following:
1. Overview of the designer’s experience and qualifications.
2. Portfolio showcasing relevant website design projects, with an emphasis on visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
3. Detailed breakdown of costs of services offered.
4. Estimated timeline for each phase of the project.

BUDGET
Our allocated budget for this project is up to $5,000. We value transparency and fairness, and we encourage website designers to submit proposals outlining their costs based on their expertise and services. We are open to considering proposals that align with the scope and quality of the services offered. Your proposal should reflect the true value of your expertise, ensuring a proportionate cost relative to the nature and scale of the project.

• February 16, 2024 Selection & Notification
• February – April – Consultation & Creation Period
• April 10, 2024 Website Launch
• April 11, 2024 – Ongoing Support as Needed
