We’re a B2C freemium dating service dedicated to helping men and women forming meaningful, long-term relationships.

Within our website or app that comprise major elements of our service, a person can sign up as a free member to see member profiles. They can then decide to upgrade and buy one of several premium dating service packages, either by buying a package online or talking to one of our sales specialists.

With that in mind, we’re looking to use gamification as a component of improving the the percentage of men converting all along our website’s marketing funnel — i.e. a free member getting further along (engaged) and then from engaged to talking to us &/or purchase consideration.

For this to happen, we need someone who has a deep understanding of gamification (knowledge of the Octalysis Framework a plus), the analytical ability to understand our marketing funnel, and the skills to make actionable recommendations on how we could modify our site to make an improved marketing funnel conversion rate a reality.
