The Tech Director of Web Development and Internet Marketing is a responsible, reliable, and highly experienced expert who has a passion for health and wellness with over 5+ years of wordpress website development, graphic design expertise, website management and updating, hosting management, internet market, the email management software Active Campaign, and brings years of excellence and highly skilled capabilities in internet marketing, opt-in page design, sales page design, blog management and website redevelopment to help our health focused websites create a positive impact and difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities include:
– Designing user interfaces, full website design and redesign, navigation menus, blog, opt in pages, sales page creation and software integration
– Writing and reviewing code for sites, typically HTML, XML, or JavaScript
– Integrating multimedia content onto a site
– Testing web applications
– Troubleshooting problems with performance or user experience
– Collaborating with stakeholders
– Keeping multiple websites up to date, plugins updated, and hosting online
– Creating compelling graphic designs
– Making sure Zapier is working every week
– Making sure Active Campaign is connected properly
– Sharing ideas of how to improve the websites for better marketing and impact
– Redesigning and updating the website per the owner’s request

Required Workplace Skills
– Communication: must communicate with team members through each step of the project.
– Detail-oriented: must be very detailed oriented, likes things done to perfection.
– Organization: Keeps track of deadlines, project tasks, workflow, and budgets.
– Problem-solving: patience and ability to identify problems in the design or coding and solve them in a methodical way is essential.

Tech Director should have a minimum of 5+ years experience managing teams, 5+ years experience with internet marketing, and 5+ years experience of web development.
