We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-Time Scrum Master. In this role, you will initially work up to 4 hours a day, with the potential to decrease to 2-3 hours a day after the first 4-6 weeks. As the Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and optimizing the Agile development process for our team based in India, while also managing relationships with stakeholders in the US.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software
   development environment.
– Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum
   framework.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira.
– Ability to work independently and manage time
   effectively in a remote setting.
