1. A screenshot of how we envision the plugin to look like on a website, basically a rating system and the option to leave a comment. The plugin can be customized in terms of fonts type, colour and text. See the red square area, this is supposed to be a widget within a piece of content.

4. There will be no free and paid version with different features, just one version only.
The process shown in the ui is just for ratings/comments collected from pages, the exact same process will be for ratings/comments collected from posts.
Basically, in the backend, the user can see ratings per page per post and summary of all pages and all posts, together with individual responses.
