This is a long term project that focuses on developing a Facilities Management Control Centre to integrate physical-digital systems, enhancing facility excellence and user experiences in a smart, secure environment. It will feature an integrated digital services platform for remote monitoring and management, including security operations, incident management, and maintenance. The system will support comprehensive situational awareness, anomaly detection, and streamlined operations, leveraging advanced technologies and equipment. Key user groups include operational management, facility management, and building users, emphasising a user-friendly interface, scalability, and interoperability with existing systems for comprehensive management and control.

Hourly Range: $30.00-$50.00
