Let me begin with some context about who we are.

Firstly, our business is in video editing for broadcast clients. We edit  all kinds of videos but mostly long format for television currently

1. We want to expand operations and attract new clients in social media videos and international clients (we are based in south africa) and looking for the website to be a functional assistant of this expansion
2. We are rebranding and need to represent this new strategic move in various ways and a functional website is one of the ways we have chosen to help with galvanising.

The Need:

We require a smart, interactive highly functional but deceptively SIMPLE looking website developed for our business

the website needs to

1. Allow us to display our work (video showreels) as easily and clearly as possible, this needs to be the forefront dispplay, imagine walking into a candi shop, first thing you expect to see is candy and that is how we imagine the website to be, a display of visual candy. we need to lead with it.

2. There is a more specific idea about the design of the above which we can further discuss but the root of the concept is that, our previous websites have all but been too many words not enough VIDEOS which is the core of our business and we want this new website to represent the opposite, less words more visuals.
3: Be good for mobile
4: Have a functional interactive easy to fill form for new clients applications, this form must be able to generate for a client a quick summary of potential costs and turn around time
5: Link to our social media feeds
6: Be simple design wise not to feel cluttered
7: must be delivered within the next 3 months from March

Our team:

We work at any hours, we prefer to text and not put too much emphasis regualr meeting but rather regular coms. We will need to have some kind of project milestones on calendar to ensoure we meet deadline.
