We are a service based business who currently captures our converted sales with customers online, through both Acuity scheduling when an appointment is booked, or through our CRM (Honeybook) when a new contract is booked. We are looking to create a referral program system that can integrate into our website to help drive traffic through customer referrals and loyalty. The trouble we’re having is that it doesn’t look like there are many softwares designed for service businesses – Most are for e-commerce. Looking for assistance in either setting this up with a platform that will integrate with our CRM & online booking through Acuity, or set up a unique one through our own website/landing pages.
