This is a long-term position for an individual passionate about bringing the essence of Spanish cuisine to the UAE market through our Shopify platform.

**Responsibilities:**

– **Product Management:** Upload and manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
– **Customer Service:** Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
– **Website Development:** Oversee the back-end development of our Shopify site, implementing improvements and updates to enhance functionality and user experience.
– **Content Creation:** Craft engaging blog posts related to Spanish cuisine, culture, and our products to drive traffic and engagement.
– **Marketing & Promotions:** Design and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and email newsletters to increase brand awareness and sales.
– **SEO Optimization:** Apply SEO best practices to increase website visibility and rank higher in search engine results.
– **Social Media Management:** Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to engage with our community and attract new customers.
– **Analytics & Reporting:** Monitor site analytics to understand customer behavior and make data-driven decisions to grow the business.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience managing a Shopify e-commerce site.
– Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, SEO, digital marketing, and social media management.
– Excellent customer service and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
– Creative thinker with attention to detail.
– Passion for Spanish culture and cuisine is a plus.
