We are seeking a React and Next.js Developer to join our team. Must also be a WordPress expert.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, scalable, and dynamic web applications using the latest web technologies.

You must be able to render pixel-perfect designs from Figma — so both backend and frontend skills are required — an eye for design integrity, and a knowledge of how to expertly craft backends for easy administration (focus on WP) is essential.

It is important for us to connect with people who are excited about learning, working in collaboration with a small team, and dedicating themselves to excellence. We use Slack and ClickUp for communication and PM.

You are expected to be available during regular working hours (9-5 EST), must have great English communication skills, and must be willing to take direction/instruction well.

Must be able to work hard and deliver results reliably and well.

We are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term, full-time position.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React and Next.js

Translate designs and wireframes precisely into high-quality code

Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

Integrate with WordPress backend

Optimize components for maximum cross-platform UX and performance optimization

Optimize for mobile/tablet (i.e., build responsive experiences)

Implement knowledge of any CSS library/framework such as Tailwind

Develop component-driven UIs with strong fundamental CSS skills

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

Experience with popular Next.JS workflows (Such as Vercel Platform)

Knowledge of CSS pre-processers like SCSS is a plus

Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

Strong experience with Headless CMS (WordPress, Sanity)

Experience with server-side rendering and static site generation

Experience with Git and version control systems

Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client

Experience with integrating third-party APIs and services

Hourly Range: $15.00-$33.00
