§ Our task is to create a subscription-based database for athletic coaches who are: 1) interested in increasing their professional exposure within the job market, 2) searching for a new job, 3) connecting with other coaches within the industry and 4) interested in being informed on the movement of other coaches within the job market. Additionally, this database will serve those in hiring positions who are interested in hiring coaches for open positions within their organization.
§ We envision the website/database including a profile for each user, a drop down menu, filter and search bar for users to customize their use and search.
§ In regards to the user profile, each will include their resume, endorsements (references/recommendations), testimonials, and a grid which includes basic information like name, coaching position, coaching history, current school, etc). Each profile will have a status (green, yellow and red) which shows whether they are looking for a aggressively in search for a job (green), passively open to new opportunities (yellow), and not open to a new opportunity (red). Each profile will also include an "incognito mode" which will keep their status constant to selected other users on the platform. Each profile will also have "endorsements" which are certified references/recommendations from other users on the platform. This endorsement can be sent & certified via a link in a text message.
We plan for this to website to initially service college and high school football coaches, but to eventually expand to other sports at both the college and high school levels.

Hourly Range: $5.00-$30.00
