Degree in Computer Science or another technical/scientific field
At least 3 years of experience in software engineering using Java
Proficient in Java 8+, Spring Framework & Spring Boot
Good knowledge of JPA & SQL
Experience with message-based architectures
Experience with developing secure applications
Experience with configuration management
Solid development practices and emphasis on code quality
Teamwork and customer communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
It is also important to mention that they need to have hands-on experience with Spring, as they would use that framework for the projects. 1-2 years with Spring Boot is not enough to contribute optimally to the current projects.
Excellent communication skills Fluent in English both verbal and written
They would need to have really good English skills, a clear experience match with our requirements,

Good knowledge of HTML & JavaScript
Good knowledge of Angular or a similar UI framework
Experience with containerized apps and container orchestration solutions
Experience with IBM queues and ActiveMQ

Project Description: backend Java development for a variety of enterprise scale solutions for the transportation industry
Location of Candidates must be from the following locations:
Only Citizen of Romania /Holder of Romanian Passeport (no relocation possible)
Tier 1: Cluj, Brasov, Tg Mures
Tier 2: other cities in Romania (i.e. Sibiu, Iasi, etc.) excluding Bucharest (and other far south cities
only those who are located in Cluj-Napoca, Brașov or Targu-Mures with no intention to switch location for at least 1 year. They would need to be open to come to the office when needed.
Regarding candidates who are originally from the center or northern part of Romania, we take them into consideration if they actually work from there, but not if they are relocated to Bucharest.
Recruitment process steps:
HR Interview, a short discussion in English with a native speaker, Technical Interview and finally an interview with the client.

the balance between maintenance and development tasks: 20-30% maintenance, 70-80% development.
Agile methodology: The team works in a 100% Agile methodology. The duration of a typical sprint is about 2 weeks.
