Iran has reportedly ruled out a second round of talks with the United States unless five trust-building conditions are met, according to Fars News Agency citing an informed source. The reported “minimum guarantees” include ending the war on all fronts, especially in Lebanon, lifting sanctions, releasing frozen Iranian assets, compensating Iran for war damage, and recognizing what Tehran calls its sovereignty rights over the Strait of Hormuz.
