Russian President Vladimir Putin has hinted that the Ukraine war may be entering its final phase, saying he believes there are no interested parties left who want the confrontation to continue. Speaking after Victory Day events on May 9, Putin also said he is open to meeting Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, including in a third country, but only after a final peace agreement is fully worked out and ready for signing.
