We work on exciting and ground-breaking UX/UI that trains leaders to become catalysts of change and innovation. (Three UI patents granted in UK and US).

We require a mid-level UX developer to help design and develop detailed UI/UX flows to enable our development team to complete tasks with great clarity. You will be led by in-house designers and product developers.

We are specifically looking to hire in Central and Eastern European Countries (CEECs)

**NO AGENCIES – We do not hire from agencies. We want a long term direct relationship with our developers.**

Financials
• Freelance contract
• $17-$28 per hour
• We predict that we will need approximately 200 to 300 hours in 2023
• In 2024 the job could expand into a full time role

What we want from you…
• You will be working closely with the product owner to analyse the ideas and requirements of all stakeholders including the CEO, product team, designers and customers in order to create the best UX.
• You will take the brand guidelines and implement custom UX based on these guides and the rules given by the design team. (You can suggest amendments to these guides).
• You will participate in the design and specification process – including the testing of applications from a UX perspective to identify issues/defects – it’s a thinking role where you are expected to advise and lead.
• Communication, Communication, Communication – we are a close team of developers that move together in everything we do. (Video calls essential)

Required Skills and Qualifications…
• 8 years minimum working with UX design/development.
• Experience with Sketch (Preferred, although it can be learnt)
• Experience with Adobe CC
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with swords (Preferred)

Hourly Range: $17.00-$28.00
