I am looking for a Web Developer/Web Administrator who can optimize and maintain a small website. The website is a Online Training Platform that utilizes a number of plugins that I will detail below.

The primary goal for this work is;
+ Optimize the Website for Performance and Security

The secondary goals are;
+ Ensure best practices have been used for the setup of all Plugins and Website Construction
+ Provide guidance on how to ensure best practices are adhered to in the future (once they have been implemented)
+ Potentially adding more Buddy Boss features such as Community

While this is a initial project there is the potential for further adhoc work and projects as our offerings expand.

Communication skills are vitally important as I have built the website myself and as such have the most knowledge about the website setup (I haven’t documenting anything unfortunately).
