We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Platform Manager to oversee the operations of our online courses platform, specializing in the compliance field. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in e-learning, who understands the unique challenges and opportunities of digital education platforms. As the Platform Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, technical oversight, content management, and user experience of our e-learning service, ensuring its growth, relevance, and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic planning and execution of the platform’s development, focusing on user engagement, course offerings expansion, and overall platform growth.
Oversee the technical maintenance and development of the platform, ensuring it is secure, user-friendly, and equipped with the latest e-learning technologies.
Collaborate with content development teams to ensure a wide range of high-quality compliance courses are available and regularly updated.
Analyze user feedback and platform performance data to enhance the user experience, making the platform more intuitive and accessible.
Implement customer support processes to address and resolve user inquiries and issues promptly.
Generate and review performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
