The immediate needs are:
       Improved landing page and branding
       Convincing copywriting for services and about page as well as
        page design.
       Podcast page needs to be created in a way that autopopulates
       new episodes.
Other items that I need help with
        Branding help including a logo and design guide would be great

  Additional Information:
          Website exists @ fyvconsulting.com and currently only really functions as a way for people to schedule time with me. I need it to become a better business funnel for my Executive Coaching and corporate consulting services.

If you respond a rough estimate on what it would cost to build each piece of this out would be appreciated.
