Job Description:

Our agency is seeking a talented WordPress Developer with expertise in Elementor to join our team on a full-time basis through Upwork. This role involves collaborating closely with our team to deliver high-quality websites for our clients.

As a WordPress Developer, you will primarily work during EST business hours, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 8 hours per day. All hours will be tracked using the Upwork tracker; manual time entry is not permitted.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize Elementor to customize and enhance WordPress websites based on provided starter templates.

2. Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.

3. Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects within the assigned schedule.

4. Communicate effectively with the team via Slack for daily updates, project discussions, and status reports.

5. Utilize ClickUp for project management, task assignment, and tracking progress.

6. Assist in developing and optimizing processes to improve operational efficiency as the agency expands.

7. Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and dedication to quality work.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a focus on Elementor customization.

2. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Ability to work during EST business hours (Monday-Friday) for at least 8 hours per day.

4. Proficient in using project management tools like ClickUp for organizing tasks and projects.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

7. Prior experience in working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams is preferred.

8. Commitment to making this position your full-time work to avoid conflicts of interest.

Compensation:

This position offers a monthly salary, with weekly payments at the same rate based on attendance and performance. The salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
