Israel’s Defence Minister Israel Katz said the military campaign against Iran will continue “without any time limit” as the conflict with Tehran enters its second week. Speaking at Israel’s Hakirya headquarters in Tel Aviv, Katz said the operation aims to achieve all objectives and ultimately allow the Iranian people to topple their regime. The war has intensified since joint U.S.–Israeli strikes began on February 28. Iranian missile attacks have killed at least 12 people in Israel and targeted U.S. bases in the Gulf. Iran’s UN ambassador Amir Saeid Iravani claims over 1,300 Iranian civilians have died in the airstrikes.
