I want to Create a comprehensive and non-intrusive security posture assessment tool for Google Workspace. It should be a simple, intuitive, 1-click deployment of a Google Workspace SaaS app that runs in a user’s GW instance.

When the initial scan runs, it aggregates all the data needed to build a "security posture" dashboard. The goal is to install this in a client’s environment, generate a report, and show them all the holes/missing or misconfigured security features.

I want to track the following:
-User and Admin Accounts (privileged users, super admins, MFA policies, unused accounts, external users with access to data)
-Email settings (spam, phishing, malware)
-Device management (policies on any device capable of being in Google Workspace)
-Suspicious login attempts in the last X days, sensitive info files, and security incidents.
-Etc.

I can provide a full list of what I’m looking for. I’ve done many Google Workspace hardening projects for many clients, but I’m getting tired and don’t have the proper processes and procedures in place to give it 100% each time. I have a Business Intelligence analyst who can (most likely) handle the reporting function. First, I would need someone to build the app and aggregate the data.

Looking to perfect this over time, so this will be an ongoing engagement.
