We are seeking to develop a system with functionalities similar to those offered by RouteNote, OneRPM, and similar companies. Initially, the integration of an API for DDEX data transmission is not required, as the process will be handled manually.

The system will need to include a workflow or inbox feature that allows the company’s staff to approve, reject, or request modifications to a product. It is crucial that the system allows for the addition of customizable fields in various sections, such as user registration and releases, ensuring that the platform can be adapted to specific needs from the backend.

The development should support multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and Russian, with the ability to add manual translations from the backend, though not immediately necessary. Users will have significant data that must be addable through a constructor-like feature if needed.

The workflow should be customizable, with specific actions triggering defined responses, similar to the functionality of GravityForms and GravityFlow in WordPress.

Preferably, we request this be developed on a CMS platform (Drupal, Joomla) to expedite development. An existing system based on WordPress, utilizing zero code with plugins, should be considered as a foundation for this project.
