Looking to develop a custom CMS with a feature of interactive map that will allow me to draw lines on a map and then convert the drawn map to list of zip codes that are included in the drawn map, similar to the video attached bellow.

Once we get the full list of zip codes from the drawn map we will validate the correct city name through USPS API for each zip code and then create a database with CITY | ZIP CODE based on the results.

Please only respond if you read the description and already know how to handle it, what libraries to use etc.
