We are running an online store (www.elefant.md) selling around 700k SKUs from a range of categories, like, books, beauty, toys, etc.
We are using 2 business models:
1. sell products from own stock
2. sell products from suppliers’ stock

The 2nd model, i.e. selling products from suppliers’ stock is done by integrating with more than 10 suppliers via API (provided by suppliers). These API connections allow to transfer of the following data:
– product catalog
– prices
– stock
– orders  

To integrate product suppliers with the new web platform (Woocommerce) the following specific/custom components are:
1. architecture. That would consider the capabilities of participating systems (Woocommerce – ERP – API Layer – Supplier API)
2. API Layers connecting the systems

The candidate will have experience in:
1. creating specific system architectures
2. developing API layers for e-commerce
3. Woocommerce
4. the candidate will provide in the offer examples of e-commerce that use the API layers developed by them

The budget in job post is a placeholder and is open for negotiation.
