Migrate complete website and CMS from ASP pages to WordPress themed website. It can be a custom build but likely would prefer a light, non-code bloated, fast loading, responsive theme WP site. Not required but examples would be Avada, Divi, Betheme, Elementor, etc. The new site is a straight forward copying of existing site content, roughly 40 pages, and 364 photogalleries over to WP. There should be a contact page that collects contact data, review page that allows to select which reviews to display and also pulls reviews from other selected places (google, yelp, etc). The photogallery should display the images similiarly to the way they are displayed on the current website. PageSpeed testing is required to have results in the high 90s. SEO optimized and handling of the photos must be included as well as very established plugins. Meaning, no ‘new plugins’ that have only been created and have little experience. I do not have access to the current files. The site will have to be copied from the live site, including pictures. The hero images can be from the mobile site (which are not videos). So the site does not need to be redesigned but some elements can certainly be presented differently on the pages. This is to speed up the delievery of the project.
The site must be completly done by March 30th and passed all performance testing or the job is considered a failure.
