We need a web application that takes word document as input, the word document contains some references. The app should process those references on internet and  generates citations in different formats based on their titles/given citation information.

Features:

1. User-Friendly Web Interface:
   – A basic web interface allowing users to upload a file containing titles of research papers.
   – Alternatively, a text input option for direct title entry.
   
2. Output File:
   – The generated citations should be compiled into a downloadable file, providing users with a convenient and organized way to access their citations.

3. Scalability and Flexibility:
   – The architecture of the system should  be designed with scalability in mind, allowing for future enhancements and updates.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
