I have a SaaS CRM, however I would like someone with UX expertise to review what is there and make some recommendations. For example, the detail view of an "opportunity" record is largely just a large page of field labels and values. A card-style view would probably be more valuable. The dashboard loads dynamically but the layout reflows as widgets load asynchronously. The elements also don’t organize neatly into a grid. The layout could probably be better. In general the UI could use a shine and polish. Looking for some help from someone who has a better grasp of UX, design, and modern styles.
Deliverables would ideally be a prioritized list of actionable improvements. Looking for low-hanging fruit rather than a complete redesign/UI rewrite at this time.
