We’re a small, fully remote team based in the UK who deliver powerful systems for our small-business clients, often built with no-code tools such as Airtable and Make.com. Sometimes we build a whole system from the ground up, sometimes we automate between the existing systems in the client’s business.

We are growing and need to increase our capacity for work. We’re looking to add a freelance member to our team, who can join for specific projects and help deliver high quality work.

You are the person we are looking for if:

– You have tons of experience automating business processes with Make.com
– You are very familiar with Airtable and have built systems using interfaces, automations and large data sets
– You love learning new tools and systems, and finding the best way to integrate them
– You are not put off by the difficult challenges where the answer isn’t simple and will take some trial and error to find a way – you’re comfortable reading documentation and researching to find the most efficient way to do something that you haven’t done before
– You have a "can do" and "never give up" attitude
– You love to collaborate with colleagues and share your knowledge with others to work towards a solution
– You speak English fluently (as we need to be able to discuss complex technical requirements without any misunderstanding)
– You have excellent written communication and are able to keep tasks in a project management system updated with your work
– You are available to join video calls in UK working hours from time to time
– You are likely to have at least 20 hours per week of time available (it’s ok if it take a few weeks to build up to this as your capacity frees up)

Here’s an example scenario (see screening question).

Imagine this scenario was given to you to work on. Please scope it out and provide a plan of work (as a bullet point list of tasks) and an estimate of how many hours it is likely to take.

Our client uses JobLogic (joblogic.com) and wishes to automate the creation of jobs from their Gmail inbox. Their customers send in jobs  by email, and some include additional job info in PDF attachments. When an email arrives that meets the relevant criteria, the automation should process the email and create the job in JobLogic with all relevant details, assign it to the relevant customer and set the relevant job category and priority based on the description of the job in the email.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$45.00
