Creation of a website for a tutoring platform. I am looking for someone who can create a website with a login system (for both tutors and students), adding a payment system, a messaging system (for when students and tutors connect), and a profile system where students can look for tutors based on what subject they need. I already have a very very basic site thrown together, but would like someone with experience building websites to assist in building this platform. Examples of websites with builds I like include wyzant.com and superprof.com. This does not need to look super sleek, as I am focused more on the function before the looks, however making it look good is a plus. I have almost no CS background, so not sure what specific skills are necessary to make this happen.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
