We are looking for a skilled mobile app developer to build an app for our classified ads business. The app should provide a user-friendly interface for users to post and browse classified ads. It should also include features such as search functionality, messaging system, and user profiles. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing mobile apps and knowledge of classified ads platforms. Skills required for this project include:

Specifics:
its like a craigslist for a very niche market.
-retailers will be able to create an account. retailers will be able to place multiple classified ads from this account. The listings will specify a zip code and category like entertainment or beauty.
*users of the app will be able to view listings. they can tweak listing viewed  by  miles from zip code or category or both. they can also sign up for text notifications of new listings by miles from zip and or category.
*all the above is free
*third party adverstisers will be able to sign up to place paid ads on the site. a mechanism will need to be available for me to turn these ads off an on. payment for ad will be via  a third party mechanism.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
