Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Video Editor and Production Manager to take charge of the production process for our weekly EarthxAction video content. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless creation, editing, and delivery of engaging videos for social media and EarthxTV. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong managerial skills, capable of running weekly marketing meetings, tracking production progress, and collaborating with a team of video editors to meet the specified quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Weekly Marketing Meetings:
   – Lead and facilitate weekly marketing meetings to discuss video content strategy, upcoming projects, and creative ideas.
   – Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with overall promotional efforts.

2. Production Oversight:
   – Manage and track the end-to-end production process of weekly EarthxAction video content.
   – Ensure content meets the minimum specifications for EarthxTV and other designated platforms.

3. Editing and Collaboration:
   – Provide necessary edits to video content as required.
   – Collaborate closely with a team of video editors, providing guidance and assistance to maintain a high standard of production.

4. Team Coordination:
   – Work with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth production process.
   – Liaise with the Editorial Team to obtain necessary approvals for raw content and final versions.

5. Timeline Management:
   – Track deliverables from team members and ensure that all components of the production process are completed on time.
   – Implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Video Editor and Production Manager in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and video content specifications.
– Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
