Key Features:
Customer list will be imported from our ERP System.
CRM should have contacts tab and details.
Phase 1 Workflow:
Salesman receives RFQ/RFP
Salesman opens an opportunity in the system with submission deadline. (opportunity # to be generated)
salesman to upload draft proposal version on the CRM. Create Proposal Reference # in System.
Proposal to be sent to Sales Manager for approval (We have 3 different sales managers)
Sales Manager Approves proposal
Salesman can submit
Oppurtonity stage to be updated (won or lost)
WON FLOW: salesman requested to upload costs recieved from Vendor. (Pdf or email_
Unique identifier is generated for the won deal
Notes:
Fields required to be filled when salesman uploads proposal are : Customer Contact details (Name, Email and Phone #)
Deal Value
Vendor/Supplier: (Can be more than one)
Stage of the deal: (Budgetary, RFQ, RFP, BAFO)
