India’s External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar launched a scathing attack on Pakistan while speaking at the DGAP’s Centre for Geopolitics, Geoeconomics and Technology in Berlin on May 23. In a fiery speech, Jaishankar reaffirmed India’s firm stance against terrorism.
