We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI developer to create an autonomous agent capable of performing a range of tasks related to managing house and land package entries, creating customized packages based on client requirements, writing sales-driven emails, and handling pricing calculations. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics. This project aims to automate these processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Design and develop an AI autonomous agent that can:
  – Create and manage house and land packages tailored to client specifications, with the ability to use Canva or similar platforms for visual content creation.
  – Write appealing and persuasive emails targeted at potential investors, using advanced natural language processing techniques.
  – Utilize and integrate an Excel calculator or similar tools for automated pricing generation based on various parameters.
  – Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  – Operate on a 24/7 basis, with the capability to respond to commands or inquiries promptly.
– Ensure the AI agent can learn from feedback and improve its performance over time through machine learning algorithms.
– Implement user-friendly interfaces for team members to interact with the AI agent for task management and monitoring.
– Provide documentation and training materials for end-users to effectively utilize the AI agent.

**Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience in AI development, machine learning, and natural language processing.
– Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages relevant to AI development.
– Experience with Canva API integration for automated visual content creation is a plus.
– Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to integrate with Excel or develop custom calculators.
