I am working on a Java/Angular project of a fairly small scale that I built from scratch and I am looking for somebody who would be able to suggest improvements in every aspect of the backend and frontend (design / architecture / testing / ci / etc.) and gradually be in charge of the project i.e. implementing new features as required.

As I am a developer myself, I would still be around to chat/explain clearly/code together. I want to improve the quality of the project but also my own craftsmanship. I imagine the person who will work with me as my colleague and mentor.

In order to find the right person, I will ask you to look at the code and tell me the things you would improve and explain me why you would do it that way (communication is obviously very important). The ideal developer will come up with a list of obvious things that I simply didn’t have time to do properly myself as well as more complex things that I will be intrigued and excited to know more about.
