Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi expressed concern over talks with the US over its nuclear programme. Speaking alongside Lavrov in Moscow on April 18, Araghchi said, “We hope and expect that Russia will continue to assist and play its role in any future agreements.” He also added that “We are fully prepared to pursue a peaceful resolution for Iran’s peaceful nuclear programme.”
