Russian President Vladimir Putin praised Elon Musk on April 16 during an interaction with students of Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Putin also compares Musk with Sergei Korolev, the chief engineer behind the Soviet Union’s space. Putin told students that “You know, there’s a person who lives in the States, you could say that he’s absolutely crazy about Mars.”
