We are seeking an experienced Website Optimization Consultant for a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of website design and user behavior analysis. They will be responsible for reviewing reports generated by our Hotjar account and providing expert recommendations to improve our website design. The goal is to drastically increase the number of qualified leads that fill up our contact form.

**Job Responsibilities:**

– **Review Hotjar Reports:** The consultant will conduct a one-time comprehensive review of our Hotjar analysis reports. They will identify patterns and trends in user behavior that can inform our website redesign.

– **Website Redesign Recommendations:** Based on the insights from the Hotjar reports, the consultant will provide expert recommendations for improving our website design. These recommendations should be aimed at enhancing user experience and increasing the number of qualified leads.

– **Performance Review:** The consultant will be hired several times a year to review the performance of the website. They will assess the effectiveness of the implemented changes and suggest further improvements if necessary.

**Skills & Experience:**

– **Expertise in User Behavior Analysis:** The candidate should have a strong background in analyzing user behavior, preferably with experience using Hotjar or similar tools.

– **Website Design and Optimization:** The candidate should have a proven track record in website design and optimization, with a focus on improving user experience and lead generation.

– **Data-Driven Decision Making:** The candidate should be comfortable making data-driven decisions and should be able to translate data from Hotjar reports into actionable insights.

– **Communication Skills:** The candidate should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain their findings and recommendations to non-technical team members.
