After Vladimir Putin conditonally accepted US’ 30-day ceasefire proposal, Donald Trump revealed that he had ‘constructive discussions’ with his Russian counterpart. Russia has laid out conditions for the ceasefire, with one of them the cessation of fighting in long-term. However, Ukraine has called Putin’s suggestions ‘manipulative’.
