US President Donald Trump gave yet another shocker to Volodymyr Zelensky. Addressing the media after holding his first cabinet on February 26, Trump said that Ukraine should abandon its aspirations to join NATO. He acknowledged that Ukraine’s NATO joining bid was the possible “reason” behind the ongoing conflict with Russia. He also asserted that the US is going to “get back” the money it has spent on military and financial assistance to Kyiv through the minerals deal.
