We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Expert to develop a DAR Template according to HACCP & GHP, and ISO 9001:2015 standard. As a Microsoft Power Platform Expert specializing in Data Analysis and Reporting (DAR) template development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing a comprehensive reporting solution using Microsoft Power Platform. Your primary focus will be to create a customizable and user-friendly template that effectively captures, analyzes, and visualizes manufacturing data to drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the specific data analysis and reporting requirements of the manufacturing company.
-Design and develop a robust DAR template using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
-Customize data models, dashboards, and interactive reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), production metrics, and operational insights.
-Implement data connectors and integrate with existing systems and databases to streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
-Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing appropriate access controls, data validation rules, and encryption mechanisms.
-Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to enable end-users to effectively utilize the DAR template and interpret analytical findings.
-Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the DAR template, incorporating user feedback and implementing enhancements as needed.
-Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Power Platform features, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation and maximize the value of the reporting solution.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, — Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred)
Proven experience in developing data analysis and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
In-depth knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, including data modeling, DAX expressions, M code, canvas and model-driven apps, and workflow automation.
-Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and SQL query optimization techniques.
-Experience working in the manufacturing industry or familiarity with manufacturing processes and performance metrics is a plus.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
