frontend for sellers and buyers (register, login, password change, personal detail change, add items, edit items, remove items, search for items, bid on items, close deal, …)
backoffice for the administration (usermanagement, show listings, show users, block users, block listings, …)

we have some rough userstories.
you need to guide us through the whole sdlc process.
also required that you have inhouse ux/ui experts because we need to design together the ui (we have rough idea about the look).

we want to iteration in 3 phases: alpha, beta, version1 (public)
