Your Arena: As a Backend AI Engineer, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping our MVP from scratch, ensuring these virtual beings are not just smart, but personable and unforgettable team members.

Your Challenges:
Craft AI interns that exhibit extraordinary human traits: learning, remembering, and performing with a flair that’s uniquely EverTeam
Develop seamless integrations with platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Notion and more where our AI interns will become essential team players
Design and manage database solutions
Engineer a sophisticated platform that supports advanced AI autonomy, enabling complex learning capabilities that surpass current LLMs’ limitations
Collaborate with a global team that values speed, transparency, and commitment to customer-centric solutions

Must-Haves:
5+ years of backend development experience
Proficiency in TypeScript
Prior experience in AI integrations (OpenAI’s API, Google Gemini, AWS SageMaker, etc.)
Familiar with APIs for workplace collaboration tools
A collaborative spirit that thrives in a flat hierarchy where every voice matters
The drive to challenge, innovate, and embrace calculated risks
